SETH HARDISON
Seth is a hardworking team member. He has led a 6.5 million dollar business with honesty, integrity and honor for over 10 years before selling that business to pursue new challenges. Seth enjoys working with a team and building relationships to overcome challenges in order to secure the potential of opportunities. He is optimistic by nature. Always looking for ways to help clients meet their goals. "Can't" is a word that makes him cringe. He believes, with the right attitude and the appropriate resources, problems can be solved. His favorite quote illustrates this perspective: "If the United States of America can put a man on the moon in 1969, then most any business problem can be solved". It only takes the "will" to make it happen. Seth loves design and beauty. He loves art, architecture, and literature. He believes inspiration for awesome design comes from these base disciplines. Seth wants to envision a world where mind-blowing design meets crazy out of this world function.
With a background in Business and Software Engineering, He is an integral contributor at West Rom Media. He has earned a B.S. Degree in Economics from George Mason University in 1991. He later received a M.S. Degree in Software Engineering from George Mason University. Additionally, he added a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer to his credentials in 2000. To round out his experience he ran and owned a 35 truck fleet with clients such as Lear Corporation, Delco Remy, Kraft, Toray Plastics, Ford, Chrysler among many others. Having such a diverse background allows West Rom Media Inc. to leverage many business talents from him. These attributes translate into a professional and pleasant experience for our customers.
LEE WEST
Lee West is a dedicated, earnest young man, who dreams of building an impactful graphic design studio. That dream is coming to fruition through the founding of West Rom Media. He believes in the purity of beautiful, powerful and classic design. His eye for detail and simplicity resonates in his custom designs for his clients. He holds fast to his honor and faith. Lee provides the client with memorable and compelling images. The goal always to surpass the expectations of the clients. As a confident designer, Lee knows the best design results for the customer even when the customer does not.
West Rom Media was conceived while working with a team of fellow students at ITT. After he completed his education at ITT Technical Institute, he set out on a venture to bring quality designs to Northern Virginia. In the early months after graduation the vision for an exceptional design studio took form. As a result, West Rom Media brings to bear the highest design limits achievable. Armed with an uncanny eye for design and the latest technology, he is succeeding to bring a sense of design to Winchester. He strives to make it his mission to not only to lead his team to produce high quality design, but to go above the expectations of every client.
